Best of all is the debit order bounced and because of that i'm being charged by FNB for failed payment.
Seems to only be a problem for the Fixed Line portion of Telkoms business.
I haven't even got my bill yet, normally here by the 8th. OT but did you get your ethekwheni bill TB? I had a double bill in November, nothing in December and noting yet in Jan ( paid my normal in Dec anyway, would hate to cough up double in the month )
Sooo frustrating...Can't reverse payment with FNB online because it's more than R200. Cannot get through to Telkom accounts dept, apparently call volumes to high. Just wasted airtime waiting in queue...What a great way to start the day.
"Please note, you can only reverse a debit order or stop payment for an amount of R200 or less . If this is an unauthorised debit order and you would like to dispute it, please contact the number at the back of your card. Alternatively, visit your nearest branch, or contact your banker for assistance." Lol
