On the 8th October, I called Telkom to get myself another 3GB account.
Basically because I've used the 3GB & the 30GB, so I needed to get another one.
Anyways, I just got the Telkom Online Bill now and what... R1200.
I call them to find out and guess what;
I've been charge for a 3GB account plus pro rata.
Now I have bought an account before and this didn't happen, ontop of that, I was sure to ask the guy at the time "Tebogo" that I am buying a 3GB account with 30GB local and that's all I'm buying, cause, all he said was "yes" "yes" "yes".
Now they (This lady in Acccounts @ Telkom) says that Telkom charge Pro Rata on everything.
WTF is going on here...
I've asked her to put me through to a supervisor or someone who knows what is actually going on at Telkom and now it's like the phone is dead, but I'm waiting... or I'm going to call again, I'm not letting Telkom screw me outta more money!

Called 10215 now and spoke to a lady by the name of Sharmaine, she says that they don't charge pro rata on the 3gb accounts (which makes sense)
Got cut off, then I called again and am speaking to Mbali, she is logging a dispute.
WATCH TELKOM!!! WATCH THEM CLOSELY OR THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!
