You are a God amongst men. Something is really broken between the CPT DNS network and the rest of the world.Try these:
Primary DNS Server: 196.43.54.190
Secondary DNS Server: 196.43.38.190
Did the freeze not end on Friday?Could very well be but this needs to be communicated to the end user.
I think the network freeze is preventing them from making additional capacity available.
Must be something borked in the Cape Town network...Ugh. Now the connection drops randomly.

I haven't paid them yet and I won't until it is fixed or I get word from them regarding the rebate I have discussed with the billing department for crappy access.I've been COMPLETELY offline all day, no connection whatsoever. Rebooted the router, reset the port and the technician on the other end of the line was completely useless. Been offline since 6am. And then Telkom chose today of all days to send me my bill...seriously...?
Hi, have gotent word from Telkom Internet that the issue is simply that there is not enough international bandwidth, still speculation but does explain why its affecting all clients.awaiting further feedback with concrete evidence that this is the case.^KM. awaiting further update
Telkom rep on their Facebook page..
After week it's still only speculation... There goes what little faith I had in them.

Agreed! What a piss poor excuse and passing of the buck.Because suddenly bandwidth disappeared overnight. Those FB guys don't know their head from their arse.
