Interesting, so it's the guys on contract (I'm guessing free modem, installation?) that this 30 day cancellation story applies to and the instantaneous cut-off still applies to old/non-freebie TI clients.No. YOu have to call cancellations, they then schedule for a consultant to call you back to confirm the cancellation. Tell the consultant that the service is not working, and that you are not on a contract. They cancel within 30 min. Busy cruisin on another ISP as we speak. Oh and they offer you that 25% reduction on line cost which is nice.
