If you have a 2Meg line 1.7 is normal.
1.4 is a bit low, should probably be more in the region of 1.7. The rest are overheads.What are their terms? Is 1.4 accepted for a 2meg line? Because thats what I get. So my speed limits are around 170-180kbps when using something a service which they don't shape.

According to this services have been restored, unless I'm reading it wrong. Well that **** nut must come try to use my line then please!
