Guys what causes the high ping to your router when doing a trace route? As some may remember I have posted here before a few weeks back. I am so frustrated at the moment, and the 10210 technicians aren't helping, as all they offer to do is re-create/reset my port.

What is wrong with the Telkom Uncapped????
Was on the phone with a technician for 15min, he told me these pings are normal because my line is "shared"

:wtf::twisted: and that there is nothing that he can do about the high pings. Can someone just confirm this please? Funny thing was, when I first told him that I was experiencing high pings, he asked me what the problem was with it being high and what he must do, can you believe it? He asked me if he must make it
low?? As you can imagine this was a WTF moment for me:wtf:
