Telkom ISP advice

Hi guys,

I need some advice please. I was tasked to upgrade the company ADSL ISP packages with Telkom.

Telkom direct shop said I must deactivate all email addresses and phone 10210 and select Internet activation.

The problem: one of the packages has an active email address.

How do I upgrade the ISP package without loosing that email address?
 
The email address can be moved with the upgrade when activating the new account provided the old account is still active.
 
Thanks Mick. I phoned 10210 and they sorted everything: moved the address, increased the cap and decreased the cost.

Now I hope they'll remember when it is time for performance bonuses.
 
If it was up to me I would go for an Openweb Platinum Uncapped account, but what can you do if you work for the Defence Force?

All the red tape is not worth it.
