Telkom ISP >>> MWEB ISP - easy ?

Hi,

I applied for the 3 month promo and had my line installed on 28 March - but they're already charging and insisting they're right in the way they've done things. Their invoicing is fscked up too.

Anyhow - if they're going to be charging me already, I may as well bail now and go straight to MWEB ...

Knowing how screwed up Telkom is - how easy is it to change?
Should I rather cancel Telkom and actually WAIT till my service is cut off being asking Mweb?

I'm scared I end up paying twice

Well i had Telkom's 3month promo when it all 1st started..same prob..invoices were always wrong!..but i luckely got that sorted out..

I migrated my line from Telkom to Mweb just last week ... its actually easy! and they say up to 15days but they notified me that they recieved the paperwork..and in 5 working days i was with Mweb .. .. better speeds and alot better pricing! like 4mb line and uncapped only being R899 incl vat..

I'd go for Mweb

You phone Telkom first and tell them you'd like to cancel end of the month ?
Then phone MWEB and tell them you'd like to start in the month?

I'd go for Mweb ..just phone Mweb and explain you'r story..they have greate staff and service and im sure they will help you out!!

The way i did it..was phoning Mweb and explaining them why i want them to be my ISP and migrate my line..they activated me on their Data plan right away so that i wont be without net..in 20min i phoned telkom and canceled my data with them..and TEDAAA!!

Was on Mweb's data plan in a matter of 30mins ...

So just phone Mweb and ask them what they think you should do.. Mweb 08600 32000

Im happy with them..they help you out so quick..resolve a problem in minutes..and frienldy staff!
