I would like to connect two gamepads to the LIT Box via bluetooth. For some multiplayer gaming. Nothing intense, maybe playing the odd driving game etc.

Anybody have any experience doing this? Any recommended controllers to buy?

I tried connecting an old PS3 controller with no luck :(

Gamesir G4s works for me. They are being sold locally now.
Hey all

I have a A07 litbox that comes with the remote + dongle. The cool thing is that it has a better airmouse that the A11/12 boxes in that its a proper air mouse.
The crap thing is that the damn airmouse pointer

I'm trying out the minx A2 lite remote with their litbox.

I'm curious to know if, anyone that is also using it is able to get all the buttons to work properly... there are few quirks:

- power button - cant switch the device on or off
- when typing (in the google app/youtube/chrome/playstore):
1. the onscreen keyboard still appears
2. Enter buttons (both on the keyboard and front) does not work - i need to use the arrow keys and click on the "search"/"go" button on the on screen keyboard.
- press and hold home button doesn't open recent apps
- recent apps button does nothing
- menu button does nothing
- occasionally when typing i experience double taps

assistance is as always appreciated

Bump on this...

PS3 controllers won't work natively on Android. There used to be an app called sixaxis (if I remember correctly) that allowed it to work but it was a paid app.

Hi Guy's

I have managed to build Android TV 8.0 Oreo for the Lit box using Amlogic S905x and Tx5 Sources and its working flawlessly. If anyone is interested to test it let me know but you need to make sure you familiar with the process it takes to flash an Amlogic Device to avoid bricking it otherwise I will have a to do a tutorial on how to do it and should be Able to post some pics later today.

Me please!

Sounds good. Any chance this will run a newer Netflix Android tv app version?

Anyone know if Telkom plans to launch an official update?

Telkom Stripped off the Netflix Licence that comes in for of Widevine L1 licence which is still available on the Lit Box and I am currently waiting on the Generic Firmware on the Un-Branded SMDC box and we will be able to get Both Netflix and DSTV now running the official way
