They should have inter-branch courier system.

I'm sure they do and you're free to ask.

But it is outside of warranty, so they may charge for the courier.

I've seen them help and assist if you get the box to their Centurion side - but there may costs to that point.

That would only be fair ... , if they did, but probably cheaper than an "ordinary" courier.

Worth asking.
 
Hi, I have a telkom lit box tvb-100. Is Netflix officially support on it yet? When I got it about a year ago, it wasn't so I packed it away.
 
I did power up the device and made it check for updates but it didn't find anything. How long does the device need to be on before it does recognize there is an update available. I assume we are talking about the os that needs updating and not just the netflix app.

Just leave it plugged in. A pop-up will appear after a while with a message that an update is available. You might have to do this twice depending on your exact model.

The default search for updates does not generally find any updates

Yes, OS update to Android TV 8, not Netflix app update.

If it's been in the cupboard a year, it's an OS update (#1) and Netflix (#2) - so you'll get two updates

Yup there is costs associated to that. I changed now to rather get a second hand box or a new one. So if there is anyone on the thread willing to give theirs PM me with a price

Should install everything once you sign in. Except for sideloaded apps
