Telkom LTE data balance issues

I am on Telkom Smartbroadband Wireless 100GB at 11pm last night telkom app showed I had 16Gb and a bit of night data and 2.8 Gb of internet data totalling just over 19GB which expires at 31 May.

However while I started downloading by midnight the downloads probabaly did about 1Gb then it stopped and by 00:20 last night when telkom app showing balance again I had 0MB of night data and 38.08MB of data and I am out of bundle. This morning it still shows I have 38.08Mb and no internet connections but OOB page is gone.

I want to find out whether anyone has experienced the same issue as I wonder if some expired all my data a day early as there was no way 19GB was downloaded in about 20min.

I hope someone in telkom can tell me what the issue is as I have not had major issues with telkom but with almost 20GB data disappearing in a few min maybe it's time to switch to someone else

Windows 10?

It can download, crash after finishing download, then will delete downloaded file and start download again. It can happen few times a day (4GB each time on a major update).

Very true.. happened to me a few times with couple devices... luckly im on the uncapped lte
