Telkom LTE unNATable?

Hi,
Started having a strange issues with SmartDNSproxy this week on my TM LTE uncapped (R529p/m) link.
Multiple resets and sometimes it works but usually not.
Websites would load sometimes and other times not. Changing to Quad9 or Cloudflare or Google DNS addresses and everything except SmartDNS masking would work.

Checked the IP on the Huawei router and it is
100.72.247.xx which is an Internal number range.
Multiple WhatsMyIP lookups and I get a variation of:
102.251.13x.xxx which is an external IP address and which changes after each lookup.

Are there any workarounds for DNS masking and SmartDNSproxy working?
Use DynDNS but this is not helping either.
 
There’s a thread here which explains how to set router to use unrestricted apn, maybe try that first?
 
Thanks so much... had completely forgotten about the unrestricted apn.
That seems to have sorted it.

So i created the unrestricted APN last night and tested. All looks good again and my smartdnsproxy is working.

Huge thank you to everyone involved, I have been struggling for a week with this , everything was working fine with the normal APN "internet" till about two weeks ago when Dyndns stopped working and reported extremely random IP addresses.

Anyhow changed the "unrestricted" and everything back to normal :)

Edit, I just wish that they would tell us about these sort of changes.
