Telkom mobile recharge pin

I bought Telkom airtime so I could buy data, everytime I try to recharge with the 16 pin voucher I get an "invalid pin" message.

What is the cause of this? Any remedy?

How about calling the supplier instead of specially registering on an online forum that has nothing at all to do with the provider?

You've burnt more time/data here than you would have just going to the source.

Are you sure the PIN is for Telkom Mobile and not Telkom Prepaid (Prepaid landline telephone) ?

I I was not given the option of prepaid or mobile so it might be a landline voucher, I will call the provider.

I logged a query with the provider, the IT department will look into it.
