Telkom Mobile - Verification Codes Issue

Anyone else on Telkom Mobile that tried to activate/register/verify their account on say Google, iCloud, hotmail etc. but they never receive their codes?

I have opened a new outlook email account & an iCloud account with my Telkom Mobile number. Now obviously they want to make sure that I am not some robot from a far away galaxy that has the time to open a lousy account to spam people...
But my verification codes never came through, I have 2 Telkom Mobile numbers but none of the received the verification codes.
The next day I tried a friend's Cell C number and he got the code immediately. So immediately the problem must lie with Telkom Mobile.

I tried a good old' google search but only found a post on hellopeter about a lady that had the same issue on Vodacom (She actually went to a Vodashop to have the issue sorted but she was told to go make her blood boil by being patient).

Anyone got advise? I dont want to phone Telkom Mobile - I am afraid of "The system is offline.
 
I’m also having the exact same problem! Ever since a few days ago also not getting any international verification SMS including iCloud. Local verification codes work perfectly fine, as do general local SMSs. iPhone SE2020 on Telkom Mobile on iOS 14.4. I will try updating carrier settings by connecting to Mac or PC.

Even VoLTE used to work, now a message pops up saying VoLTE may not be supported if I turn it on.

Also went to the extent of getting a sim swop to a brand new sim to out rule a (old) SIM card problem. Problem persists!
