Good day

i wrote to telkom yesterday refarding my application. i had to called them again and fanally they picking up . i was told that my application was taken back to vetting department after being approved ,but them dont know why. i would like someone to explain what is going on with my application
. and when will i receive my package

The social media guy won't be able to give you much details...You'll need to go in store to discuss it.

The vetting department declined my application due to my new bank account only being open for two months despite the fact that I supplied two months statement from my current account and two months from my new account. I went into store, explained it to them, they logged another case and explained to the vetting department and I was approved the next day.
