What is your point?

If you use up your capped data allowance you will be throttled 24/7. If you top up you can carry on as per usual.

Not sure what you're getting at.

I recently signed up for 10M/50G softcap deal with Helkom. Although the usage tracking tool reports that I used 14G of data under the Night Surfer category, nevertheless under the DSL usage it was reported that I used 24% of my Softcap, including night surfer data. Does this make any sense?

The green bar usage indicator does not include nightsurfer usage. You have used 24% of 50 Gb (approx: 12 Gb) of your 50 Gb cap, and 14 Gb of free nightsurfer data. What part of this do you not understand? Not being funny, just curious...
