Telkom not accepting orders for WiMax

there is a 80 metre + high concrete Telscum tower in my town, and people far out of town don't have internet access. Do you think telkom has introduced wimax to our town( Which has 4mbit assDSL )

So Telkom eventually came out. They looked for signal. 3 out of 7 bars. and they dont install unless you get 5.

The closest tower to me was honeydew and thats over a massive hill and i'm in weltevreden park.

So no Wimax for me.
