Telkom / PABX / network issues

First post to this forum... think I may have the wrong discussion topic, but gonna ask anyway.
We're a small business with 3 Telkom lines and a Samsung PABX. Lately we've been receiving calls, with no sound on the other side, then it cuts. Clients are telling us they can't get through to us.
Telkom has been out & says there's no problem with the line. Samsung PABX guys been out too. Nobody seems to understand the issue. Maybe a networking issue.
Has anyone had similar issues that could point me in the right direction?
Suggestions for networking specialists who can work with PABX systems please?

Some random guys pitched up here suggesting we change from analogue to digital lines. Not sure what that was all about, but would love your opinion.

get an old analogue phone and plug it directly into one of your lines.

see if you can make a call.
