Telkom service =non-existent

Honestly, welcome to the banana republic. This company may have the tech, but have NO interest in servicing clients WHATSOEVER!!! I am going to fins a company that is, and cancel my telkom lte contract - they can sue me....

If you need service from Telkom, you need to submit a ticket to ICASA. Then it takes about 6 to 12 weeks to be served. If the ANC owned a telecoms company it would be Telkom.. oh wait

I had an issue with my 2Mb line not syncing at 2MB so I called them and was told it "Up to 2Mb"and they can only log a fault if its below 0.9Mb Download and 0.3Mb Upload. :mad:
