Not sure if they are busy with the upgrades in my area (Newlands, PTA) but for the last week I have had endless problems with my 4mb Line. Long periods of downtime, random dropping of line, slow throughput and then 3 times in the last week already my line has been downgraded to 2mbps, 1.4mbps and 2.5mbps respectively!
Reported it and I just keep getting the answer that it is being attended to and it is a network related error.
