Yeah I guess I will..... Can you imagine how many people will be paying more than what they should cause of this. I know for a fact that very small towns will most likely not get 10Mbps. So they will be paying the higher rate for nothing....
I stay in a town with relatively good amount of people and picking up 6 wifi signal just near my house but our exchange is stuck @ 4Mbps.
Pretty much in the same boat as you. I'll wait for December's invoice and see. If I'm paying for 10mbps, I will go to cancellations and demand 25% off a 4mbps uncapped bundle![]()
I think Telkom should have put every one that can have Up to 10Mbps on that profile. Then keep them on the Up to 10Mbps pricing.
Then all the current 4Mbps guys that can't have 10Mbps right after the upgrade automatically move them to the cheaper price for the same speed [which is 2Mbps > 4Mbps]
That would be better. I doubt they did that cause they changed all the 4Mbps to 10Mbps profile so your pricing stays the same even if you only still stuck on 4Mbps![]()
I'm waiting to december and then I'm logging a billing query.![]()
what isp?
HEY MWEB !!
Tell me you have upgraded my data speed from 2 to 4 meg like Telkom did to my line speed and I will tell you that I love you
(PS. At no extra cost)
