check your downstream and upstream line rate on your router. That will tell you what you syncing at...
I think we both get the incompetent operator that doesn't know what's happening. I am going to try call it again tomorrow and hopefully will have an operator who can really help...
Please help. How do I check the rates on the router?
That's not going to last long :erm:That's what I'm currently on.
4mb speeds with a 2mb data cap.

Thanks Electric.
I checked.
Downstream 1023
Upstream 507
So this means Afsl checker is talking crap when it says my line is upgraded to 2mbps?
What next?
Hey bro, no idea which exchange I'm on but I'm in Woodlands. My phone number DSL status changed on the Do website yesterday. Before it was on 1mbps.
I attached a screenshot. Still shows "Maximum speed available in your area - 1mbps" for some reason. Its on 2mbps now though, as I'm getting +- 200k download speeds.

Ok, so I was on the fastest product. Got upgraded to 10Mbit 2 weeks ago but it only synced at 7Mbit. So today I downgraded to the faster product which worked immediately but it is only syncing at 2Mbit. What bull**** is this? I thought the 2Mbit upgrades were complete.
Anyone having a similar experience.

Why not stay at 7meg?
Upgrades are only finished next year.
The faster, i.e. the old 2Mbit which is now going to 4Mbit.
Too expensive to upgrade my uncapped ISP account to 6Mbit or 10Mbit...
