I been battling since Wednesday with there call center, they keep tell me it’s been activated, but following day IP has changed. Today the help desk person we spoke to was at least honest and told us she doesn’t know how it works or the process of it.
Anyone done it and able to help with the process? Do they supply the IP details or does it get assigned when router dials in?
