Telkom tablet non-delivery

I ordered a Samsung tablet as an upgrade with Telkom at their Key West branch a week ago. Initially they didn't have stock (for weeks) but eventually I completed the necessary forms (I was told they had stock). Then the nice man told me that they no longer keep tock at the branch (for safety reasons) but Telkom will have the device delivered to my house. A week later - no delivery; no-one contacted me yet to arrange for delivery; absolutely nothing happened and the last thing I want to do is stand in line AGAIN. What am I to do?
 
It may be a bitter pill to swallow but phone 10210 and query the delivery. Else send a PM to user TelkomZA and ask them to follow up.
