Telkom Throttling LTE

Ok so I left my ADSL and gotten the LTE Uncapped deal for R799.

I got a sms stating I have used 33GB of the FUP. This month I've been a bit busy and I've downloaded 200GB so far (I work from home so its ftp downloads of databases, software builds etc. plus streaming and sure some downloads.)

But the 33GB, I don't even know what that was. My 1 PC has the new Windows update, then I have steam which might have had a update or two on my games. No way it could have been this.

Anyway, so from yesterday I noticed my speed is around 4mbps. So I phoned them and they said I'm not throttled and there's an issue etc.

So I started playing around tonight with downloads. Everywhere I go I get 300-400kbps. Then I added something to my sabnzbd and guess what, I got 3.5mbps.

I phoned them now and now they say I'm throttled. So I have not reached the 50GB cap of the FUP and I have proof that there's no issue on my connection but they are just throttling me. Why can they just do what they want

It seems Telkom can't differentiate normal data and p2p data. I have also been throttled but my p2p data usage is only 3MB data. The Telkom agent says I have exceeded my p2p FUP
