Tellkom USB Dongle

So 3 months ago I signed up for the Telkom 5Gb + 5GB with 500MB a month USB dongle.

I still havent got the dongle. THREE MONTHS! I have been to the Telkom store about four times, the latest being today but they say they are behind in stock and they will call when they have one available.

How is this even allowed? One of the reasons I got the deal was because of the dongle. How can they possibly be 3 months behind in stock? How much longer will I wait?

Anyone else having the same problem and any solutions? Calling head office (if such a thing exists)? Reporting them to some standards body?

Any help and comments appreciated.
