Texo not down but...

Anyone else having similar issues to what I'm getting at the moment?

Clients are complaining about email not being received or taking up to 20 minutes to arrive from various places - this could be related to ISPs caching the IP addresses for texo servers incorrectly.

But now a couple of my sites are showing up as 404 errors with an additional 302 error thrown in and according to http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ it's not just me.

Anyone having similar issues? No reply from Tech Support yet but I'm guessing that's because they're trying to fix it

Had something a bit odd with them today, an index.html file that wasn't there before. However, this is the first time I've used them and I've found their support top notch. Would recommend them.

Yeah the support is always great. Issues seem to have been related to server moves where a file or two didn't copy properly.

So if that happens to anyone... consider that as a possibility.
