The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

So I went to Makro yesterday and I see that they have SA Supplements Incinerate Fat Burner. Tried it before and I think it worked well.

I have some yohimbine at home, which I stopped taking because I didn't like the way it feels. I thought, let me see if I can take Incinerate Fat Burner and Yohimbine at the same time. I took one pill of incinerate fat burner instead of 3 (3 is the dosage recommended on the bottle). And one pill of yohimbine (never taken more than one and wish they were smaller in dose).

Not doing that again - I think I need to throw that yohimbine away. I barely even notice incinerate fat burner, but yohimbine makes me feel terrible. Like my mind is buzzing (in a bad way).

Morning folks, welcome to week 2!

I've lost 6kg in my first week, most water weight obviously, but happy to almost be back to where I ended last year. Hopefully I can achieve that by the end of this week. :vigorousthumbholding:

Moto for the week:

I've always felt that supplements aren't the way the achieve permanent change.

They aren't, but my thinking is that they can speed results. Look at lot of the advertised supplements are junk and do nothing - raspberry ketones, green coffee bean extract, garcinia cambogia. They all do nothing.

But some do actually work, and the way I look at it, they can make your results come 5-10% faster. Yes, if your diet is bad, no amount of supplements will make up for it. But, if your diet is good, supplements will make the results come that little bit faster.

Oki Doki. I think if one is clear about that, no problem.

My initial weight estimate was a bit off. Started on 110, now 108

Weigh-in this morning:
83.2kg

Would have broken 83kg if I didn't eat like $#!+ over the weekend.
Slight change around the waist, but not too much to speak of.

Fasting for ~17 hours - I'm used to snacking all the time :(

/cant wait for lunch :P
