Anyone know where i can get a meal replacement shake that is LCHF friendly :whistle::erm:

Try a protein shake. They tend to be low on the carbohydrate side.

Otherwise, you can try making your own. Lots of recipes out there.
 
Just go get some coconut oil from woolworths.

Essentially pure fat.
 
Hmm I think Im jumping on this bandwagon.

Current weight: 85.1 kg
Goal weight: 75 kg

EDIT:
Method: Less sugar, cycling and maybe running.
 
109.2kg yesterday, but I had banting pizza and still have leftovers today, so will weigh in again in a day or two once I've had a nice poo.

Started dieting last week.

Weight: 80.5kg
Body Fat: 29.4%
Waist: 97cm

11 January 2016
Weight: 76.8kg
Body Fat: 26.6%
Waist: 94cm

Goal (by end March):
Weight: 71kg
Body fat: 20%
Waist: 86cm

Edit: Method - restricted calories, extra exercise
 
starting weight: 98kg
current weight: 95kg
Loss: 3kg
Goal weight: 85kg
Method: Joined gym. Do cardio and circuit.
 
Saw in a series (can't remember which) where they were substituting comfort food for carrots. I'm trying this. I HATE carrots. What do you people snack on?

FYI carrots are ±10% carbs, so not ideal for weight loss if reducing carb intake.
