Its those big suppers that pile on the kilos gents

Be a pauper a peasant and a slave at night. Don't eat like a king.

I found that was my problem as well, I remedied it by cutting the kilojoules for breakfast and lunch in two. Then having a nice large meal at night. I find it much easier to control what I eat during the day whilst I am at work keeping busy.

At night though...:erm:

Whatever, but weigh yourself in the morning after an evening binge vs light a light tuna salad and then come back to report.

You welcome and I accept your apology.
LOL..!

Of course if you put more in, you will weigh more the next morning than if you put very little in... You think food vanishes into thin air?
It will not change your weight loss over time though.

wat

Are you saying that reducing your portion sizes and eating healthier won't change your weight loss?

No. I'm saying that shifting your consumption from dinner to lunch won't change your weight loss :p
The assertion made was that big dinners cause you to put on weight

Hit 91kg today for the first time in many years. Almost at my 90KG goal weight. Went to a biokineticist today aswell to set up a formal training program to add some rigor to my training.

I fast during the day and eat big at night. I don't like eating like a gerbil. Seems to be working.

I'm talking specifically about piling on the proteins, fats, and veggies at night, thinking that as long as there's no carbs, its all good.
The access mass you consume has to go somewhere and you can usually spot it on the scale during the morning weigh in.

Overall weight loss becomes erratic and kills your motivation.
