86.4 when I was weighed a couple of days ago. I'm aiming for 75 over the next 5 months. I'm pretty short, 5"7, have quite a lot of muscle as well, so I don't want to lose that.
I'll be taking Herbalife over breakfast and lunch. Currently I feel like I am being overfed with the shakes and the protein snacks, so I'll cut it back a bit till I'm comfortable. I want to get used to not feeling full all the time.
I'll come on here to track my progress and get advice, especially on eating. I already exercise quite a lot with a mixture of gym, running and press-ups.
I've been hovering between 103.8 and 106 these last few days, gaining and losing around 2kgs depending which way the wind blows. Need to dial it in and keep it down.
