The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

So I've been able to maintain my 79-80kg weight for the last month, weighing every Monday now for the last 5 weeks. I know it fluctuated quite a bit, but I'm happy that I've been able to stabilize on a ~80kg weight.

I'll be returning to fasting for the month of May, having taken a break from it during April (4 BIG birthday parties made it difficult to maintain discipline), although probably not as strict as it was in March. Likely two 11/1-hour intervals instead of the 16/8-hour one I was on previously.

Will see if I can get to that 75...

PS. no need to update any of the tracking, no real change...
 
Broke into the 120's this morning, haven't been here for many many years.

108.6 increased my fat intake due to severe pain in my joints.
 
86.4 when I was weighed a couple of days ago. I'm aiming for 75 over the next 5 months. I'm pretty short, 5"7, have quite a lot of muscle as well, so I don't want to lose that.

I'll be taking Herbalife over breakfast and lunch. Currently I feel like I am being overfed with the shakes and the protein snacks, so I'll cut it back a bit till I'm comfortable. I want to get used to not feeling full all the time.

I'll come on here to track my progress and get advice, especially on eating. I already exercise quite a lot with a mixture of gym, running and press-ups.

I've been hovering between 103.8 and 106 these last few days, gaining and losing around 2kgs depending which way the wind blows. Need to dial it in and keep it down.

Been hovering at around 83kg since last week. Over ate on the public holiday yesterday. :(

Starting weight: 93.8kg
Current weight: 83.2kg
Loss: 10,6kg
Starting goal 85kg
New goal 78kg

Want to try to lose another +-5kg. It seems to be getting harder now.

Trying to get ahead before the long weekend eating starts :P

Played 9 holes of golf this morning while in a fasted state, carried my own bag as well.

Guessing I burned around 3000 kilojoules. Will only eat again tonight.
 
98.7 this morning. I was 98.2 yesterday, but I had to have a second helping of my wife's mutton curry last night...

I want to see 97 by the end of this week
 
out of bloody control. don't even want to look at that scale :cry: winter will be tough. fekkit. back on the rollercoaster.
 
Was 104 at weigh in for nationals last Wednesday. But it was 5 days of catered, carb heavy meals, so not keen to weigh now... But hopefully I also worked it off!
