Kinda. Have breakfast in the morning. Three coffees with cream in the day. Dinner at night

Maybe try skip breakfast in the morning. have "breakfast" at 12 instead. worked wonders for me. Nowadays I have to skip breakfast and lunch so that I can stuff my face at night. Its pretty hard to go over your allocated calories if you only eat one big meal.

I have a good feeling about my weigh in this week. I wasn't to naughty over the weekend.

+1 for IF.

Combined with Keto/Banting the results are great. Also only thing that helped me with that last bit to reveal the six pack.

Wife is down 15kg in 6 months. She looks better now than ever. And that is after 2 children.
 
Hoping for a drop in the morning :D

Keep going Requiem, I hate those plateaus, was on one for three weeks this last month ( boozing and eating lots of biltong didn't help either! )
 
78kg and dropping.

Might need to change diet to prevent further drop. Also...need new clothes.
 
Kind of fell of the wagon over the past month and a half or so. Should get started again sometime mid-month.

My first day with intermittent fasting....
 
Meh I've gone up again. Time to clamp down. My foot's been out of commission for almost 2 months now, but I need to do something else then to exercise.
