Maybe try skip breakfast in the morning. have "breakfast" at 12 instead. worked wonders for me. Nowadays I have to skip breakfast and lunch so that I can stuff my face at night. Its pretty hard to go over your allocated calories if you only eat one big meal.
I have a good feeling about my weigh in this week. I wasn't to naughty over the weekend.
