Hi, I am curious as to what your starting weight was, so please share if you don't mind.

During round 1, we did no additional exercise; now during round 2, my wife discovered the "1 mile walk" on youtube, where you basically walk forward and backward like an idiot in your living room and try to keep up with the auntie (Leslie Sansone is her name) on tv for about 15 minutes at a time. She does it twice a day and I only join the evening session. It's not really intense, but is something at least.



Started on 135.2, this morning day 11 131.7, I'm happy so far.

No honestly I have been told it should never be that low either.
 
Yeah it is probably genetic. None were spectacularly low (half whatever the recommendation is) without doing any crazy lifestyle stuff

Bit scared of getting on a scale though. Been eating out 3 meals a day for last 3 weeks. And another 2 weeks to go

Nah, my brain churns a lot all day ( development and analytics). I think when you first start, maybe but been this way for a good while now, prob year +
 
83.6kg. I won't be joining the 2017 expedition. I'm at the weight where I'll be losing muscle.

No honestly I have been told it should never be that low either.

My gran's is at 1.8, nearly fell off my chair coz I know she eats even worse than me.
 
I am now down to 142.3 as of this morning. 13.8 lost in about 6 weeks. Still have almost 3 weeks left of this round.

This round, we are cutting a couple of corners though - had a lovely rotisserie leg of lamb on Friday evening. We are also doing some exercise, though.

Nothing wrong with good meat but just be aware that I found having a lot of meat increases my weight temporarily until it passes through.... especially biltong.
