So my focus this year is fitness. I gained a lot of weight from stopping smoking (smoked for 18 years) and both my husband and I went through a retrenchment. Things are back on track, so I am starting a new cleaner and active lifestyle.
Starting: 95kg
Goal Weight: 70kg
Goal Date: 20 July 2016
Next Fitness Goal: Run first 5km by end of Feb 2016
Diet: Balanced - 4000kjs per day (with a cheat meal on Sundays - cheat in one sitting)
Method: HIIT, resistance and road running (5 days a week)
I am following the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide. I have the first two weeks in PDF - exercise guide and nutrition plan. If anyone is interested, pop me a PM and I will share the info with you.
Just for comments, so who managed to maintain or lose over Xmas?I'm super stoked as I still managed to drop 4Kgs from Dec to Jan. Was hard but damn it's worth it.
I've been stuck at 77 for weeks now, so definitely maintained.
