The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

maybe I should get in on this. SO and I are working towards loosing a few KG's before the wedding that we do not have a date for.

I dont know my weight. and I dont want to loose an amount, I just want to loose the boep I have going. maybe have a bit of a 6 pack again. I think I could achieve that before June?
some sit ups and smaller portions should do the trick.

63kg Jan 2016

Resolution complete.
Im planning to relaunch my personal training career, so that accounts for the dramatic weight loss.

That's not going to work. Without specific targets I'm afraid you won't get anywhere... I've shamelessly stolen this from @MickeyD

My morning poo only happens after breakfast, so my weighins will always be full of ****.

Setting a goal is not about the end goal, right at the end. Set smaller goals, 5kg at a time, set a deadline, etc

Open ended goals aren't goals at all, more like pipe dreams.

ok cool.

right now I can do 20 sit ups and then the next day I cant.
so I want to get to the point where I can do 20 every day and not die.
then I will up the count.

obviously I am doing more than just sit ups, but its a definable point that I can measure and set goals.

Lunch!

Green Salad with Feta and mushrooms, one boiled egg, small drumstick and a small dob of Mayo.
