My high speed fan at home, and aircon at the office is awesome...

The drive home in my aircon less 1983 car tends to get a little hot, and by hot I mean: Even the devil himself says: "fck this schit"

Wanna join in again, and take it seriously this time. Need some motivation, this is surely it.

motivation needs to come from within. anything external that you rely on for motivation for eventually fade, and you will fail.

I was once told the above, and I told them to furk off. Lesson learnt. It was true. (well at least for gym/lifting anyway)

Starting weight: 117.1kg ( this year)
Current weight: 116.8kg
Goal weight: 85-90kg
Method: LCHF, Gym Work.

Timeframe: 6 months
App: Monitor your weight.
 
dear god, i just weighed myself. 119.5 :( That means I picked up around 7kg over December. That's not good, not good at all.

Damn you Krispy Kreme!!! :mad:

How the feck do you pick up 7kg in a month? :eek:

Current: 73kg
Goal: 70kg
Method: Running/Cycling/Hiking

I just want to get rid of the bodyfat so might convert it to muscle and thus might not lose too much weight. I feel my skin pinches too thick :( :p

Yeah yeah. Obviously I don't just wanna lose weight for the sake of this thread. But every bit helps.

I don't know how often you guys weigh yourself, but I do every morning... first thing after my wake-up dump.

I'll update the spreadsheet as you guys give me updates... the more updates, the better the graphs :)
