The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Being good the whole week long has seen me shed water weight.

Didn't think it was that obvious, maybe put off by the lower case m.

OT: I couldn't find the scale this week and forgot to ask the wife every time I saw her. No idea where she put it.

Will give my weight tonight.

no problem. but better to weigh in the mornings, same time every day/week for a consistent accurate reading

Starting weight: 93.8kg

Current weight: 93.8kg

Weight goal: 85kg

Method: Intermittent fasting & exercise
 
New weight is 69.8kg...need to build muscle though as that's under weight now >.<
