The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Current : 80.
Goal : 70 somewhere.

Managed to touch on 79 late 2015, but keep bouncing up to 80 again. Goal is into 70's and stay there. 76 would be good.

Finding it quite hard at the moment to drop anymore. Did most of my weight loss last year (was 95 in March 2015!).

At first it was LCHF. Lasted a few months on that then realised regular exercise and low sugar was all that is needed. Kept up the running and cycling, and kept off the sugar, and weight lost is staying off.

Day 12 of my no bread no sugar challenge. My waistline has gone down. my pants fits a bit looser today. Awesome feeling.
Have not touch any carbs or sugars for twelve days :-0
That is massive for me. keep forgetting to test my blood sugar levels. hope everything is ok or even better then before. will do a cholesterol test soon.

I weigh every Saturday morning, prior to the weekend starting :). Will be interesting to see, as I fit in some jeans today that I couldn't fit into a couple of weeks back

It's quite lekker to be able to put my jeans on without even opening the button :D

That! Got a nice chirp at work today, they need to give me a new golf shirt cause mine looks like a dress now :D

Congratulations!

I loved being new clothes this year. Look I haven't lost as much weight as some members of the forum have, but it was nice to be trying on medium t shirts instead of large. I was wearing large for years - like 15 years.

I seem to be down from a 5XL to about a 2XL now.

Why does this thread have such a low rating? It has helped motivate me so much. Is there someone out there who really dislikes people trying to attain their ideal weight?

The worst thing about weight loss is buying new clothes as they are ****ing expensive

Find a good tailor. Had mine adjust my companies uniform ( 5 sets shirts and long black pants, basically R100 a set ).
Simple short pants are like R500 each. Madness. Had to buy a few since wife kept shouting at me
