The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

And? Yes/No?

It'll take up less space, easier for me to manage in the spreadsheet, also easier to keep it in that format to make sure things are alphabetically etc.

Whatever's easier for you man, I like the graph the most at the moment :D

OP updated with new tracking table

Still between 89 and 90kg... Stopped my Banting meal deliveries.. So now I'm doing intermittent fasting with a early supper around 5:30pm. Rest of the day it's water and maybe one coffee or tea.
My usual supper choice is either a steak, 2 pieces of steamed hake or chicken burgers.. With pickles or veg on the side..

Fanie, maybe add a column for start date so others can see the progress being made? Might help other people decide on what type of weight-loss regime they want to try, as well as setting proper expectations on how long it takes to lose weight.

^ At a massive 48kg's I'm starting to feel like a tad tiny :o

Fanie perhaps add a column for height. A guy weighing 100 at 1.7 looks different to one weighing 100 at 1.9.

It's going to be quite the task getting everyone's height. I'm also going to be moving the one-post-wonders off to another tab, for in case they return.

Well here's my height, 1.69m. While I don't like the stat and it's not the best measure, maybe a BMI column since you going to have weight and height?

Starting BMI, current BMI.

Thanks Fanie.

I don't know if this matters, but I don't think my starting weight was actually 82kg. I think this was an error because I trusted the scale I have at home, which is a super cheap analog scale. My biokineticist's scale is much more accurate, and it said I was 85kg a month ago. I really don't think I gained 3kg from January the 1st to the end of January!

This does mean I don't know what my starting weight should be. Maybe use 85kg I guess?

No problem, I'll update.

So here go, version 1 of the updated stats.

Changelog:
* Complete revamp
* Removed the inactives. (If they return, I have them backed up, and will add people to inactives after a month of inactivity)
* Added start date
* Alphabetic order (and easy enough to sort in any other order)
* Added some other stats.

Thank you Fanie.

This really is very impressive.

Everyone buy him a chocolate :P

Nice charts & tables.

Fanie - if its feasible without screwing the data then change my target to 80 please. Between me gyming and being fairly tall 80 is a better target than 75 I reckon.
