The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Can confirm. I am not the same person anymore. So much has changed in my life the past 3 years.

But one things stays the same. Cheetahs increase my blood pressure every weekend.

lol

my face has shrunk quite a bit, but i'll keep my before and after update when i reach the 100 mark, which will mean just over 30kg lost.

The long weekend (coupled with our anniversary) was a disaster to say the least, but I've managed to maintain my target weight after weight-in this morning, and I've had a couple of people ask me if I've lost weight the last couple of days, which is a nice motivator :)

107.1kg
Got on the scale this morning after some much needed leave last week. I was expecting worse after a week of braai, beer, potjiekoss, wine and festivities.

/Don't look at me that way

I only discovered the awesomeness of cottage cheese this week.

Never had it because somebody during my childhood told me it tastes horrible.

So Monday I took a gamble and got me some full cream smooth cottage cheese. First I tested it out just plain. Was pretty much like cream cheese but just saltier. Then I had it with biltong. Was amazing and I had to go back to the store for more the next day.

On the fitness forums I frequent I noticed guys mixing it with their protein powder for a dessert and I gave that a shot today. I'm in heaven! Can't see myself drinking another shake when I can just mix one scoop with 100g of cheese and enjoying a mousse like snack.

Pretty much my go to snack for the past few days. Low calories, low fat, low carb, high protein. Great for my cut.

Hmmm, supper on Saturday was some calamari steak with boiled veggies. Butter on the veggies and rubbed garlic and lemon on the calamari steaks whic I grilled on an electric grill. Very nice and low carb for me.

104,3kg this afternooon. Broke the 11kg barrier. Almost halfway home!

110.4kg this morning
slowly clawing my way back

Come on dude, you can dooo eeeeeet!

I HATE going to gym, but getting on the scale after each session shows me just how much its helped. I don't see a change in myself, maybe my face a bit, but I'm down 2 belt notches already.

... also, when did the thread title do a ninja change? Blerrie counter revolutionary name change committees!

Got stuck on 85. Doing 22-23 hour fasts during the week now. On weekends only 14-16 hours

.....I HATE going to gym....

same here, my ass is still quite sore from the gym yesterday

I went cycling and they had games on the screen, so spent 40 minutes cycling and playing backgammon against the pc...**** software, it doesn't play that well
