The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

107.3 made it through the weekend well... hope to hit the 106s this week...

Let's do this!

Keep going at it boet. I dont know anymore. One morning I'm 105, the next 108.5, the morning after that back at 106. I think I'm at a bit of a plateau now, so I'm just going to keep off the scale and sweets and on the treadmill and weights and measure less often. I'll report back if I've broken through below 105 or above 108.

Ha! Been stuck on this plateau for just over 2 weeks now, finally starting to downtick again.

79.4 kg

500g more than last week.

Fitted some jeans today, glad to see that I can fit into size 32 again. Feels good

you shut your whore mouth!

i couldn't weigh in this week after monday, house is a disaster zone, but I'm keeping at it... will weigh in again maybe on monday, or tomorrow morning (depending on whether the builders do their thing today or not)

fitting into old clothes is the best feeling. i had stacks and stacks of t-shirts i didn't want to wear because it felt like my bier pens was peaking out underneath. Now some of those shirts feels like small rokkies. :D

went from a 46 pant size, and i'm now on 38.

Haven't been all that strict on my diet the past couple of weeks, so I'm floating around 99kg at the moment, 99.7kg this morning.

Want to try and get back into the habit now.

Haven't been doing any dieting or exercising in the last month (6 birthdays in our family , including my own, over the last few weeks).. surprisingly, I am still on 89kg.. gotta get this weight loss plan into gear again!

house is still a construction zone, so no kitchen means I can't be as strict as I should be... if anything I've probably picked up a kg or two... weekends and beer aren't good... especially when the boks are winning.

Weeeeeeeeeks.......

I dunno what's happening. I'm plateauing at 106.6 for the last week now without change. Then again I'm also not gymming because I'm always on standby and my foot is STILL buggered.

At least I'm not gaining so that's one good thing, but a bit bummed bouncing up from 103.8 as my lowest this year. still 9kgs down since Jan so not complaining too much, I know it can be done.

Need to take some "size" pics. Sent some clothes in to my tailor to be adjusted so wearing older ones. A pair of sleep shorts are so big that I can now fit in one leg ( although they are made of stretchy fabric ) and one of my black cords that I used to wear daily about 3 years ago is ridiculously loose by over 20cm easy.
