I suspect I've put on a Kg or two, as I've been making an effort to actually eat a bit more than I have been. Definitely would not want to dip below 70...

My first day with intermittent fasting....
how did it go?
actually not too bad. Got a little hungry before lunch but hey, that's normal.
Day two now, 40 minutes to lunch time... feeling pekkish, but that's fine, nothing I can't stick out till 12
Did you do LowCarb and intermittent fasting?
Drink a big glass of ice cold water. Helps with those pekkish moments.
Yeh, I suip water all the time... since I can't have my coffee with cream
/sad panda
You low carb'ed.... what is your stance on having a BPC in the morning during fasting?

I've never had a BPC.
But I do have my 1 or 2 cups of coffee with a splash of milk in the mornings.
Why no cream?

so from the video that Park posted, the dude said BPC is fine as it contains no sugar... because the point of fasting is get your body to get rid of blood sugar and glycogen stores... and then go into the fat burning state...
my question is.... if us on banting already cut sugar out the diet and depend on fats as a source of energy, is giving my body BPC not countering the effects of the fasting state of fat burning?
o hang on... you never had BPC? WHAT!!!???:wtf:
dude, seriously.... best.coffee.ever!
I'll probably try it one day. Just seems like effort and extra stuff to buy. So I just stick to a spoon of Jacobs, water, splash of milk and sweetener.
You don't have butter and coconut oil in the house? SHAME!!!!
Black coffee, tablespoon butter, tablespoon coconut oil. DONE!
Did you do LowCarb and intermittent fasting?
I brew LaVazza, so I'll check
Don't you need to blitz that with a stick blender to get it nicely combined?
By extra stuff I mean MCT oil.
