Just out of curiosity, what do you guys use as a calorie tracker, from reading some quick reviews the MyFitnessPal is the best for iPhone users and can easily link with Health app
 
So... Weekend was tough, as it was my wife's birthday on Friday, so we took a cheat day; but we had visitors basically all weekend and had to endure a braai (while eating 3 fruit for dinner). I am down to 149.3, but it would have been substantially lower if not for the cheating on Friday. Monday starts with proper routine, enough water and less temptation, so let's take is from here.

I picked up weight because I was toooooo thin.I am up to 76kg but still ideal
Need to read about where to from here on my LCHF
 
Down to 146 today. Lost 10.1kg in the last 3 weeks. Still have 9 days of the eating plan left, hopefully I can make some more good progress during those. After I'm done, we sill start round 2 shortly. I am surprisingly motivated.
