The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Down to 146 today. Lost 10.1kg in the last 3 weeks. Still have 9 days of the eating plan left, hopefully I can make some more good progress during those. After I'm done, we sill start round 2 shortly. I am surprisingly motivated.

10kg in 3 weeks, jibbers, that's a lot. well done.

i was 103.8kg on saturday, my lowest ever, but then I went had all the wrong stuff, so starting again today :(
 
Back up to 85.
I realized that 75 as a goal weight is impossible for my build. I can't drop below 82 for some reason.
 
I'll see what fancy stuff I can do bit the end of the year. And maybe we'll take a different approach to this next year. Kosmik will know what I mean when I refer to the reddit keto challenge way of doing it.

want to put it onto google spreadsheet and then people can just update their own progress... so if the graphs can autoflow from there, it would be ideal i think.
 
To the fellow mybb's, bought new jeans today, just want to say never give up, never surrender. Same weight, same t-shirt, different jeans.

So, I have 5 meals left on the first round of my 28 day eating plan. I am down to 144 as of this morning. That is 12.1 kg's in just under four weeks.

I cannot wait to have a steak, a pizza, some sushi and a burger. Not all at once, of course. We are planning to start the next 28 days on Monday.
 
I have finally broken through the 90kg mark.. now down to 89kg and feeling great..

On a related note: has anyone tried that new Coke Life.. the one that is sweetened with Stevia? Is that safe to drink while dieting?

Same danger as any other "diet" low carb drink, sweetener could trigger a re-action because of sweetness.

i bought some jean pant on friday. from the start I went from a 46, to a 38 (but the 36 was just just to small). so i share your feeling of how good it feels to fit in those smaller pants. well done!

that is seriously a lot... maybe even too much... losing weight your size that fast, you stand a very good chance that the skin won't be shrinking with your fat :(
but hey, well done either way, you've achieved something 99% of everyone probably can't achieve, just because of will power. keep going.

just check the label, i don't think the carb content is in an acceptable range.
