The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Forgot to post here on Friday, I weighed in at 129.7 Friday morning. Micro goal reached, for the first time in around 18 months I'm under 130 kg.
Next up is 125, I'm coming for you...

Ok, so I don't have you on the list.... no worries, seeing that year is almost up.

I'm going to start a new spreadsheet for the new year, and for those that didn't see I'll be doing it in a different format.

Like I said, new format coming up for the new year... will post a screenshot shortly.

I would like to use the days that are left in year in this thread to get some input from you guys, so we don't mess with the format when the new year starts.
 
So for those who missed it, here it is.

We'll do 4-week challenges at a time, with as this year, keeping track of overall progress.

I've worked out the calendar to be:

For every challenge, the participants will capture their own weight in a Google Spreadsheet which I will share with you lot, format to look like this:

I would then like to, at the end of every challenge, put an infographic together (work in progress)

Right, haven't checked in for a while, and figured I'd make one last pass before the year ends.

Managed to get down to, and maintain, 77kg.

Will pick it up again in the new year to make it to that magic 75!

I have slipped badly the last couple of weeks, gained about 6kg, luckily I know it'll be coming off quite quickly and easily.

I'll start the new thread by tomorrow, so come and sign up, we'll be doing things a little differently to keep things interesting :D
 
Still floating at 111kg. Hopefully will drop by month end but happy to have maintained during this period.
 
Might join the new thread. Busy using the holidays to get fit again, was slack this year. Being fit improves my mood tremendously which helps with dieting. Want to go from 103 to 90. Then to 85 as a buffer.
