For me its Coffee/Tea but I had to cut the sugar out of it and water, it took some getting used to. I'm pretty sure Powerade is not much better then a coke or a beer![]()
For me I was hungry after eating Carbs so I stopped eating them and went heavy on the protein. Protein is supposed to make you feel fuller for longer (according to the book I read anyway). Maybe your body is having some withdrawals or its in your mind, I'm sure for me it was in my mind but I got over it.
Fat makes you feel full longer. Full cream cheeses, aged cheese etc. Protein tends to be quite dense so yes can make you full but also block you up.
