The 2017 Weightloss Thread

I'm at 92.7kg currently. Finally went back to the gym this week after being lazy for quite a while.
 
After 2 weeks of beer and R&R's in Mozambique I was on 130 kg Monday, forgot to weigh in this morning, will do tomorrow.
 
Why is this thread so quiet?
I'm on the down again and hope I finally broke the 130 kg mark for good now.
This morning 128.37 kg.
 
90.1 still.

Planning to get back into action from Monday and try to loose about 2 or 3kg in August.
 
95 kg's not bad for a man that is 1.86 meters tall. All the way down from 125kg. Done most of the weight loss now, still, want to get under or at least around that 90kg mark. I have so much farking skin now but hey at least a lot of the belly fat is gone. Went down from a 44 inch pants size to a 36, may still get to a 34 or even a 32.

Pacing like a madman can get results. People think I'm crazy when I constantly pace up and down halls but it is just a means to increase my walking. If I wait at the Gautrain I walk up and down those platforms for as long as I'm waiting. If I need to go to the shops I walk, nothing like lugging a few kg's of groceries to work up a sweat. Walking is pretty rad, it is the type of exercise that does not even feel like exercise.
 
Very quiet thread....probably cause losing weight is a tad hard.
Anyhow I have 1 more kg to lose to meet my 3 month discovery goal of losing 9kg, still 2 weeks to go to the end of the month so should reach the target just fine - busy banting, strict green list only.
 
I slowed down a lot. Still doing well long term but it's like every kg is a plateu now.
 
89KG. lowest in a couple of years. 5kg still to go to reach my goal of 84kg :)

ps. got sick(flu) now so I can not work out this week at all. Hoping to get better before weekend so I can at least go kayak fishing on Saturday and Sunday. Kayaking on the ocean is amazing cardio.
 
Hmmmm , considering a cheat, might consult a plastic surgeon in the next few months just to get an idea :p

nothing wrong with a plateau...i increased over 0.5kg this week for no apparent reason, i expect to drop again. its just how it goes.

Yah but also got quite a few physical changes causing slows. Not stressed, letting it happen as it will.
