The Proteas are and have always been useless.
With all the bowlers having broken down now that is probably correct. With steyn,ngidi and nortjie fit that wasn't the case but now the bowling and batting is weak.
On what are you judging up??
They have been nr one in odi and test cricket on more then a few occasions.
If you are only going to judge on a wc then sure but cricket is more then just one tournament...
