Must be really simple and basic to begin with. Yoga virgins here.
Wife and I want to incorporate a few sessions each week into our weekly routine which mostly consists of strength and HIIT training. Thinking that the added flexibility and core stability can only be a good thing in the long run. Will start off with at least 1 session per week and build form there.
Did 2 KB sessions today, and step goal done.
